The Preventative Wellness & Incident Review Division (PWIR) conducts structured post-intake incident reviews and wellness-informed assessments for events and operational concerns that require documentation analysis, early intervention, and system-level evaluation but do not require a formal investigative process.


PWIR ensures incidents are accurately documented, appropriately reviewed, and addressed through preventative, provider-focused strategies aligned with organizational policies, regulatory expectations, and best practice standards.  The division also serves as a primary support function for providers, promoting compliance improvement, risk reduction, and operational consistency.
