Provider Support Line

Providers seeking assistance with incident reporting, compliance concerns, or investigative coordination may contact our intake line. Calls are routed by our Provider Support Unit through our secure messaging system and reviewed by our investigative (CIID) and compliance (CRRD) teams.

Training & Professional Development

The LIMIT Agency provides training support for providers, administrators, and staff focused on incident management, clinical and compliance expectations, investigative cooperation, and risk reduction strategies.


Incident Standards Action Panel (ISAP)

The Incident Standards Action Panel reviews serious incidents, health and safety concerns, and investigative findings to identify trends and recommend system improvements.
